Attorneys Closing & Title (ACT) is the culmination of over two decades of practicing real estate law and performing title and settlement services for a wide array of clients. Managing Partner, Wes Fontaine, has dedicated his practice to counseling on the most valuable asset most will ever possess: real estate. More specifically, Florida real estate known the world over as the Emerald Coast.

Wes is a lifelong Okaloosa County resident who built his expertise during stints as the Southeastern Agency Manager for two Fortune 100 corporate title agencies. It was invaluable experience, but the cold, impersonal environment left little room for adding a human touch to the process and responding to individualized needs and preferences. To that end, Wes founded a title firm that is proud to offer representation to the most sophisticated institutional lenders as well as the first-time home buyer, with a focus on the client experience.

ACT is successful in its efforts due in no small part to paralegal and title agent, Samantha Somerville. Sam guides clients through the most difficult closings with ease and constant communication. Her unparalleled professionalism and attention to detail have elevated ACT to even greater heights.
